ETRL Brand:
ETRL is a trademark and is copyrighted. The brand is managed and administered in order to protect the integrity of the brand and to maintain uniformity with regards to racing scale 1:10 Euro Truck race cars.

The use of the logo and the brand is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of the ETRL consortium. The use of the ETRL logo for the purpose of creating a similar R/C Euro Truck organization is strictly prohibited. Organizations or R/C clubs who want to create a ETRL program in their area must adhere to the structure, rules and guidelines set by the ETRL consortium in order to use the official ETRL name and logo. Branding ETRL to a specific region outside of the birthplace of ETRL may be done as long as the conditions outlined “how to become a ETRL regional club” are met and signed off by the consortium. If a prospective ETRL regional club needs to tweak or modify a certain rule, the proposed rule amendment for that region needs to be evaluated to retain official ETRL status.

The production of official logo ETRL merchandise is strictly prohibited as the brand is a trademark and is copyrighted. Production of regional ETRL merchandise is allowed when a written authorization form is signed off by the consortium. Authorization is required in order to insure the brand maintains a high quality image to the public.

R/C clubs who receive written authorization to use the ETRL logo must adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by the ETRL marketing team. Visit the ETRL Guidelines page for more information.
